Early Childhood

NEW: Brightwheel Enrollment Process

How to Apply

  1. Visit Campus
Schedule an Individual tour or attend an Open House by contacting Olivia Brangan at obrangan@friendshaverford.org. We do prefer that your child accompany you on this visit so that we can assess their fit and anticipate any challenges head on.
  2. Submit Application
    1. Create an account on Brightwheel: Log Into Your Brightwheel Account or Create one Here.
    2. Complete the online application form.
    3. Once we receive your application, you will receive an email offering or denying your application into our program.
  3. Complete the Enrollment Packet: If an offer to enroll is extended to your family, please complete the enrollment packet in Brightwheel, link your financial information, and submit your enrollment deposit (which is applied to your tuition account) to secure your seat.
  4. Congratulations – you’re now a member of the Friends School Haverford community! We have limited funds for financial aid, however if you qualify for our need-based financial aid and your child has a full-time schedule, please create an account through the Clarity Application (see financial aid guidance for more information on this process). Our Clarity Code is 1885.

Questions? We’re happy to help — contact us at obrangan@friendshaverford.org.

Admissions Timeline

We encourage families to visit our campus before applying whenever possible. If you cannot visit before the December application deadline, you’re welcome to schedule a private tour or attend an Open House in the spring.

Rolling Admissions - Point of Entry

At Friends School Haverford, we designate specific points of entry for new students to maintain stability and cohesion in our classrooms. We welcome new students in the Fall and Winter when space is available. New families enrolling for the following school year are encouraged to take advantage of our Summer Programming as well!

Accessibility & Inclusion

Friends School Haverford admits students of any race, color, national, and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. FSH does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, or national and ethnic origin in the administration of its educational, admissions, or scholarship programs.
