Parent Teacher Organization (PTO)

The PTO is an active volunteer organization at Friends School Haverford. Parents, faculty, and staff are automatically members and there are no dues. Meetings occur the second Thursday of each month and are listed on the School calendar. All parents are encouraged to attend in person or through Facebook Live on the PTO FB page. The PTO program for the school year is presented at the first annual meeting held in September, and funds raised during the previous year are presented to the School. We encourage every parent to get involved in the life of the School in a way that fits your schedule and your interests. There are volunteer opportunities before, during, or after school hours. It’s a wonderful way to be connected to your child’s education, to befriend fellow parents, and to make a difference in the life of the School.
