The Friends School Haverford's Extended Day program for the 2024-2025 school year is open to all full-day FSH families seeking after-school care starting on the first day of school. The program runs from 2:45 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., led by Sarah Butler and her staff.
Parents can sign up for the Extended Day program for one to five days per week, and children can be picked up as late as 6:00 p.m. A schedule is requested in advance for the days your child will attend. If you choose to use the extended day program fewer than five days per week, the days are flexible each week. Programs cannot be reduced and there are no refunds for absences.
A drop-In service is available. Families will be billed for drop-in days at the end of the month. The drop-In fee is $30 per day. Please note that payment for drop-in service is not accepted at pick-up. Families may pay for drop-in at the main office.
In all sections where "Student" and "Grade" are used, "Student" refers to the student listed below, and the "Grade" refers to the grade they will be in during the 2024-2025 school year. In addition, where "Parent/Parents," "Guardian/Guardians," or "I/We" are used, the terms refer to the persons listed in the Parent/Guardian Information section.
I/We confirm registration for the days chosen below in the Extended Day Program Options section for the "Student" in "Grade" at an additional cost of the option selected below.
